May 5, 2008 (Monday): Angela Hospice Golf Outing at Meadowbrook Country Club in Northville, Michigan. Proceeds benefit Angela Hospice. Starts 11am, Register for $225 per person, includes 18 holes with cart, buffet lunch, steak dinner, and more!

May 19, 2008 (Monday): The Mixed Insurance Invitational Annual Danny Thomas St. Jude Golf Classic. Proceeds benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

May 27, 2008 (Tuesday): Brother Rice Dads' Club & Alumni Association Annual Golf Outing in Lake Orion. Proceeds benefit Brother Rice High School.

May 31, 2008 (Saturday): Greenview Foundation Annual Charity Golf Outing at Reddeman Farms Golf Course in Chelsea, MI. All proceeds go to Hepatitis C Research at the University of Michigan. $100 per player. Hole in one – Win a Mercedes R350. Also longest drive, closest to the pin, raffles.

June 3, 2008 (Tuesday): 18th Annual Detroit Lions Invitational [Sold Out] at TPC of Michigan (Tournament Players Club) in Dearborn. Proceeds go to Detroit Lions Charities.

June 6, 2008 (Friday): Vinni Golf Outing at the Fieldstone Golf Club in Auburn Hills. Annual benefit for the Ronald McDonald House of Detroit. Fees for the event: $110 per person.

June 9, 2008 (Monday): Champions For The Kids Golf Tournament at Oakland Hills Country Club in Bloomfield Hills. Foursomes begin at $3,500, with celebrity attendees including hall of fame and student athletes from MSU and U of M, and WJR's Paul W. Smith broadcasting live from the country club. Nearly 90% of all golfer registration fees and sponsorship investments will go directly to support needy kids through The Salvation Army, and your golf registration is considered a charitable contribution.

Proceeds to benefit Looking For My Sister, a non-profit organization working toward the prevention and cessation of domestic violence in the Metro Detroit area. Proceeds benefit the Charcot Marie Tooth Disease (CMT) Clinic at Wayne State University School of Medicine/Detroit Medical Center. June 16, 2008 (Monday): Women's Healthcare Classic (WHC) - 16th Annual at the Dearborn Country Club. Proceeds from the All-Women's Healthcare Classic will benefit women's breast care programs and other women's health initiatives in cancer, cardiology, obstetrics and gynecology. Additionally, on the same day, the Friends of The Women’s Healthcare Classic will be held at the Tournament Players Club of Michigan in Dearborn.

June 23, 2008 (Monday): 13th Annual St. Mary Mercy Hospital Tee It Up Golf Classic at Meadowbrook Country Club in Northville. Benefits the Behavioral Medicine Department. The 18-hole scramble features two shotgun starts, one at 7:30am and an afternoon round at 1 pm. Individual Par Golf Package is $300 per person for 18 holes of golf and a cart. The packages includes beverages and refreshments at the turn, breakfast and lunch for morning golfers, the afternoon golfers will received lunch prior to golf followed by cocktails and dinner. July 15, 2008 (Tuesday): Brain Injury Association of Michigan's 25th Annual Eastern Grand Invitational Golf Outing at The Inn at St. John's (formerly St. John's Golf & Conference Center) in Plymouth, MI. Each year, for the past twenty-four years, this golf outing has been one of our major fundraising events to benefit the Brain Injury Association of Michigan and all of its statewide chapters.

July 21, 2008 (Monday): CATCH Golf Classic at Meadowbrook Country Club in Northville includes a Prelude Party on Sunday. Annual golf classic benefits Children's Hospital of Michigan, Henry Ford Hospital and CATCH Pediatric Mobile Health Programs. August 19, 2008 (Tuesday): WJR and Frank Beckmann present the ArvinMeritor Golf Classic at Indianwood Golf and Country Club in Lake Orion. proceeds benefit the March of Dimes. Since 1981, this annual event has raised more than $3.5 million for a great cause - saving babies from premature birth.

August 25, 2008 (Monday): KCI - Partners Annual Golf Classic at Franklin Hills Country Club in Franklin. Proceeds benefit the Karmanos Cancer Institute.

September 19, 2008 (Friday): Madonna University's Scholar-Am Classic at the Inn at St. John's in Plymouth. 13th Annual golf outing includes contests for Hole-In-One, Closest-To-Pin, lunch, dinner, more. 18-hole scramble begins at 11am. Proceeds will help fund student scholarships as well as academic and athletic programs. Early registration (before August 15) is $175 for the individual golfer and $700 for a foursome (with or without a scholar golfer). Registration after August 15 is $200 per golfer, or $800 per foursome. Dinner-only tickets can be purchased for $50 at anytime.

September 19, 2008 (Friday): 5th Annual Golf Michigan Golf Outing at Lyon Oaks Golf Club in Wixom, MI. proceeds benefit International Rett Syndrome Foundation (IRSF).

September 22, 2008 (Monday): Cass Community Social Services Annual Golf Outing at Cherry Creek Golf Club in Shelby Twp. Charity Golf Scramble. Proceeds support programs that aid the homeless, chronically dependent, mentally ill and developmentally disabled citizens of Detroit.

August 11, 2008 (Monday): 4th Annual "What's Your Handicap?" Golf Classic at Thousand Oaks Golf Club in Grand Rapids, MI. All proceeds will benefit Alternatives in Motion, a Grand Rapids, MI nonprofit 501(C)(3) organization whose mission is to provide wheelchairs to people who do not have health insurance or other financial means.
